Ingredients
  

  • For the Bread:
  • 2 cups of chopped apples about 2 medium apples
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • For the Cinnamon Sugar Swirl:
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl and set aside.
  3. Whisk together eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in chopped apples.
  6. Layer the batter and cinnamon-sugar swirl in the prepared pan, swirling gently.
  7. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Storage: Store the bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3-4 days. For longer shelf life, refrigerate it for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
