Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas until smooth. Add melted butter, sugar, and egg; mix until smooth.
- Gradually mix in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add milk and mix until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the pan and top with remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
