Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut – chewy base
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk – sweetness and binding
  • 2 egg whites – structure
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – warmth
  • ¼ teaspoon salt – balance
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted – rich topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line pan with parchment.
  2. Mix coconut, condensed milk, egg whites, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Press mixture evenly into pan.
  4. Bake 22–25 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Cool completely.
  6. Melt chocolate and drizzle over bars.
  7. Let set, then slice.
