Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Mix dry ingredients and butter until it resembles coarse sand.
- Add wet ingredients, followed by hot coffee with cocoa powder.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool the cakes before soaking with chocolate syrup.
- Frost with chocolate fudge frosting and decorate.
